Choice-Based Assessments

Ensuring the continual delivery of effective educational experiences

In work led by Stanford University’s AAALab and supported by GMRI, we look to understand how experiences in LabVenture and in the classroom affect students’ dispositions to understand and use data.

Project Goals:

  • Gain insights into how students apply their data literacy in scientific and non-scientific contexts.
  • Understand the role of LabVenture and the related classroom activities in improving data literacy and students’ willingness to use data as a form of communication.
